every time you boot up, going to strange websites, slow to start up or shut down you probably need to call me to get it back to normal.

Usually it is necessary for me to keep your computer for 24-48 hours as I take the time to give a through cleaning and updating to make

sure that when you get it back it will work and remain resistant to infections in the near term. Staying in that condition is your responsibility

to be vigilant about doing updates as they are offered to you and making sure that your antivirus stays current. I will offer a short lesson

on how to do this and what to watch for when I return your computer. I work on Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7.
